Hotel City Comfort

The reception staff were rude and unprofessional. I asked about a room for one day, but the receptionist refused and said I had to book longer, or there was no room. The management seems not to want business and doesn't know how to speak to customers. The premises and stairs were very dirty, with beer caps and pan dirt everywhere. Very disappointing. I wouldn't visit again.

Mr. Pritam was the highlight for us. He handled every little issue or request quickly and with a smile, and his helpfulness made our family of four feel welcome and cared for. Our stay at Hotel City Comfort, Madgaon, Goa was pleasant and comfortable, with clean, well maintained rooms that were spacious enough for a family. There are a few areas that could improve, so I'd give it 4.5 rather than 5 stars, though the good points outweigh the minor gaps. City Comfort is a nice family option in Madgaon, and I'd recommend it and consider staying again.

The management is irresponsible and shouldn't be advertising room reservations online. My reservation was cancelled before check-in, making it a waste of time. They don't honor customer requests. Hopeless management, unfit to do business with.

We stayed for one day, and the hotel was good. It's near Madgaon station, the room was clean, and the staff and service were good. Breakfast is available at a low price, and it was nice. You can stay here at an affordable price.
