The hotel looks like the photos, and the grounds were very clean. Staff service was excellent and attentive. The buffet breakfast was decent, about 3/5: idli sambar and omelet were always there, four other items changed, and they also had two non-veg dishes. A few things to know: the WiFi was awful, with almost no connection in the room and only about 2 to 5 Mbps at reception, not enough to stream YouTube. It felt like the situation from 10 years ago. We complained, but nothing was done. GoaMiles isn't an option either. The hotel has arrangements with local taxi drivers, whose cars park in the hotel lot and keep GoaMiles cabs from coming nearby. Reception told us at check-in. This didn't affect us since we had a car, but taxi users should know. Parking is limited to about 5-6 cars, with two spaces reserved for local taxis. The premium room seemed small, especially the cramped bathroom. The toilet seat is low, which may not suit senior citizens or anyone with leg problems. The pool is a decent size, but needs cleaning and maintenance.

Housekeeping was a bright spot for us. The team responded when we needed help, even late at night, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We also enjoyed the food. The rest of the property didn't live up to what we expect from a resort. There isn't much beyond the rooms and pool, and families won't find a play area, green space, or activities on site. The exterior looked neglected, and algae and residue around the pool made it unappealing, especially since it's the main recreation option. We were also charged ₹50 for an ice bucket, which felt unnecessary since it's usually complimentary in our experience. To me, this place feels more like a boutique hotel than a resort. The gap between the advertised experience and the facilities, along with the upkeep, made our stay unsatisfactory.

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay. The hotel was peaceful and well kept, and the ambience was lovely. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with good quality and taste. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. The reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were especially kind, and their service added a lot to the visit. I'd definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was really good, and we especially enjoyed the taste of the food. Our stay was pleasant too. The staff were lovely, particularly Karan jee, along with the rest of the team. We had an amazing experience.
