The reception team made things easy at both check-in and checkout, and they were friendly and helpful. Since it was off season and occupancy was low, I was quickly upgraded to a higher category room. Finding the property on Povorim road could be tricky if you're driving fast. You might pass it and have to turn back, so a few more road signs would help. Breakfast was okay, though more variety would have made it better. The restaurant staff were just all right and could use more training. When I asked for cold water, they said they didn't have any and told me I could buy a bottle, which was really weird. A staff kid was also running around the restaurant tables. Apart from that, the food and service were okay.
