The rooms are quite small, so I'd suggest this place only if you're travelling alone. It's on the third floor of a building, and going out at night can be difficult because the main entrance is locked. Aluva Railway station is within walking distance. The room itself was clean.

Really poor customer service. There isn't any parking at all, and the hotel tells you to leave your car somewhere on the road and come back.

The hotel only occupies the third and fourth floors of the building, and there isn't a restaurant. They do bring complimentary breakfast to the fourth-floor lobby. The room was furnished well, but cleanliness needs work, and the TV had a problem. The location isn't very good either. I'd say it's suitable for solo travellers, but not families.

It's generally clean, but the room was hard to breathe in because of a strong paint smell. I asked to switch rooms and was told the others were all full. The management should make sure people with pre-bookings get a decent room.

The hotel is inside a building and takes up two floors, so it feels more like a lodge than a hotel. Its location is somewhere in the middle, neither especially nice nor bad, and the metro station is 1.2 km away. The rooms are very well maintained. Breakfast was okay, and I had a few minor issues that I could manage.
