Hotel The Grand White

The restaurant was a pleasure, with delicious food that was nicely presented and full of flavor. The staff knew the menu, worked efficiently, and were friendly, while the ambiance made meals feel special. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for good food and service. During my stay, housekeeping kept the room in excellent shape, and check-in and check-out went smoothly thanks to the front desk. Everyone was attentive, courteous, and ready to help with a smile. Their warm, professional hospitality made the stay feel comfortable and homely.

Mr. Abhijit was a really nice server, and Mr. Raj Rana was a magical chef. The whole staff were humble and very helpful. The food was super delicious, and we really enjoyed both the meals and our stay at the Grand White hotel. I’d gladly recommend the hotel and its food. Thanks to everyone.

The staff were very nice, and the service was quite okay, but the location is very out of the way and not that good. The food they served my driver was so foul, it seemed like even animals wouldn’t eat it. If you’re taking money from clients or drivers for food, at least serve something good and tasty. Drivers recommend your hotel, so they deserve decent food too. Instead, they’re treated terribly. Very bad.

We had breakfast each morning, with plenty of options, and dinner was available too. They also had their own cabs if we wanted to go anywhere. Surender kumar sir, Desh raj sir and Saaf rajrana were all very helpful throughout our stay. It’s a very good hotel with lovely service, near new Shimla bypass bus stand. I’d recommend The Grand white hotel for a good stay in shimla.
