We recently held a family function at Hotel Cygnett, Alwar, and the team handled everything with care and professionalism. The elegant décor was beautifully arranged, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and our guests appreciated its taste and presentation. Courteous, attentive staff kept everything running smoothly. A special thank you to Mr. Krishan Kumar (G.M.) and his team for their coordination and support. They made the event stress-free and memorable for our family.

The restaurant was spotless, with hygiene standards kept in great shape under Mr. Narayan Choudhary’s supervision. The food was excellent, and Mrs. Tannu looked after us exceptionally well. A place I’d happily return to.

Cygnett Hotel is in a great location, and both the facilities and room service were very good. The staff were excellent too. There are hardly any hotels in Alwar that can match Cygnett Hotel.

The waiter didn’t seem to know the dish names and was confused. When we asked for water, he set the bottle on the table without bringing glasses. Very poor service.
