Our stay left a bitter impression because of the management and staff. The owner openly told our entirely Bengali group that Bengalis are not preferred at the hotel. Staff were rude and unwelcoming, and while our rooms were being prepared we weren’t allowed to sit in the waiting area. The sleeping setup was uncomfortable, with two single beds pushed together and an uneven section in the middle. There were good points: the hotel is near the Mandir and Ghats, with a very good view. The rooms were reasonably clean and cozy, the food was good, and the property had a pleasant cottage style with a nature-inspired feel. It has good amenities and a fine location, but the poor hospitality and discriminatory attitude seriously affected the experience in Madhya Pradesh. Overall Rating: 3.5 / 10.

It's a peaceful place in lush green surroundings, with lovely natural scenery that made for a relaxing break from the city noise. The staff were caring and truly helpful. It's incredibly close to tourist attractions and places, and felt like real value for money. I’d always suggest staying here. Excellent service, highly recommended.

There’s nowhere to park a car, so you have to leave it without guaranteed security. There are no drinking water facilities either, just packaged drinking water, with no purifier. The room was very dirty, including the blanket, bedsheet, towels, everything. There was no room cleaning and no breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning tea, or coffee service. The woman manager was very rude and arrogant. This was a waste of money, with no value for it at all. I don't recommend staying here.

We were meant to check in at 12 pm, but only got into our room around 5 pm. They refused to let us wait in the waiting room and sent us to the driver room instead. The receptionist was rude, arrogant, and showed zero hospitality. Room service was the worst, and the room was very small even though we booked a super deluxe room. There’s no restaurant, and the owner Rajesh lies a lot. A very bad experience, wouldn't recommend it.

The washroom was unhygienic, there was no hot water in the shower, and the TV wasn't working. Staff behaved badly and wouldn't even give us the Wi-Fi password. A very disappointing experience overall.
