There's ample parking, a peaceful atmosphere, and the place is quite affordable, right on the highway. Still, several things aren't great: hygiene falls short, the building is very old, there's almost no service, Wi-Fi barely works, hot water is a problem, and there are no hotels nearby. For the price and location, it still makes a decent pick.

Dirty rooms and bathroom, dirty bedsheet with cuts at both ends, no hot water, and they didn't bring water to the room. When I asked why, he told me to come outside and get a drink if I wanted water. Is this kind of behaviour tolerable? Customer service was very rude. Worst hotel in Dera Bassi.
