Hotel Seven Junction

The room was cleaned each day, and the staff were polite, helpful, and responsive. The location is excellent, just a km from the railway station in the main market, with Sadar market bazar an easy walk away. There's a restaurant on site. Breakfast choices are limited, but the food was good and reasonably priced. We had dinner and bfast there too. The room smelled bad even after room freshner was sprayed, and the bathroom smelled worse because of a persistent leak. Service could improve with little things, like leaving tea cups in the room without having to ask.

Quick service, tidy rooms, and a great location made our stay hassle-free. It was a relaxing place for a break, and a great hotel for families and business travelers.

The staff were good, but the rooms were very average, quite small, and not especially clean. Bedsheets, blankets, and towels seemed like they may have been washed, yet still weren't very clean and were below average. Cleanliness needs to be a priority.

The food quality was excellent, but the service and staff behavior were very, very poor.
