Green Fog Guesthouse

Raj guided us on a village trek, and I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the quiet, peaceful walk. The rooms are simple, neat, and clean, in a village setting. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were especially friendly. The evening was lovely too. This isn't a four- or five-star hotel, but the atmosphere made it feel like home. Praveen, the owner, and his mom deserve thanks for the delicious food and real hospitality.

Good place to relax, have a small picnic, or trek to korigadh. The location is nice, and the place has all the basic amenities. The rooms are clean and tidy, and one can fit 6-7 people in a room. Staff were friendly and helped us get comfortable, even providing a speaker, volleyball, and badminton gear. The food was good too.

At 500/- per person, this is a very affordable guesthouse, and there are a few nearby hotels serving decent food. It's a quiet spot if you want nature, views, and drinks with friends. Drinks are allowed, and bonfires or barbecues can be arranged when the weather suits. You can see mesmerising views of Korogad fort with the naked eye. Saltar dam is nearby and could be a visit instead of crowded bhushi dam. The guesthouse is 5km from Tigers point, away from the crowds on the way to ambience valley. It's an MTDC approved guesthouse in peaceful ambavane village, behind Korigad Fort.

The homemade food from local cooks was lovely, and lunch or dinner can be arranged as we need. There's also a supermarket nearby if you want something else. With camping, trekking, and Barbeque available, there's plenty to do, and it feels peaceful, surrounded by Mother Nature. It's near korigad fort too. The staff and owner were good, and the hospitality was great. I visited for the first time and fell in love with it. You feel at home here, and I hope to go again and again. It's an MTDC approve guesthouse. Loved it ❤️
