The location made getting around easy, with attractions, restaurants, shops, and transport nearby. My room was clean and looked after, with good bedding, a working AC and fan, and a tidy bathroom. Staff were friendly and quick with room service, and breakfast had decent food and some variety. Comfortable for the price, and I’d stay again.
We paid ₹3,000 a day for a very basic room with damp walls that needed maintenance. Breakfast was said to be included, but the only choice was puri bhaji, very oily and not something everyone would enjoy. The worst part was one staff member, although the others were good. We’d arranged permission for a 12 PM checkout because we were attending a wedding, but from 10 AM Sanjay knocked on our door almost 20 times in an hour, speaking rudely and demanding extra payment. It caused a lot of stress. The stay felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. Please don’t go.
The room was filthy and dusty, the bed wasn't clean, and the TV didn't work. Hygiene overall was poor, and breakfast was tasteless. I saw a ₹3,000 price online but paid ₹1,700 offline. Given the room's condition, it wasn't even worth ₹700. A very bad experience.
Service was good, but the room needs better upkeep and the bathroom needs to be much cleaner.
Breakfast was a waste, just one item such as poha or idly, with tea. We’d booked online and requested twin beds, but were first given a king-size bed. They changed the room after we pointed it out. In the twin room, the bedsheet, bedspread, pillow cover, bathroom, and dustbin were all dirty. We had to ask, and they replaced or cleaned things one at a time. Please don't book here, it's a waste of money.
