Amritara Sadka Amritsar

Being so close to the Golden Temple made it easy to go for early morning darshan. The room was neat and maintained well, with the basic amenities in place, and the staff were respectful and cooperative. The food was good too. It was a comfortable, peaceful stay, and I'd visit again.

The staff were attentive and polite, and their service made the stay especially enjoyable. My room was very comfortable and beautifully kept. I loved being here, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant, memorable stay. One of my best experiences.

The staff were nice, but that couldn't make up for a disappointing two-night stay at Amritara Sadka with my family of three. We paid a hefty price for an Executive Room and felt let down. We were given a room that seemed like the much smaller Standard Room, though reception insisted it was an Executive Room after we complained. It looked very different from the photos and was too cramped for three people. The room was also untidy, with hair around and enough dirt on the floor that it stuck to my feet when I walked barefoot. The location was bad for us. Traffic noise was constant, and dogs cried and barked at night. I hardly slept. After 8 PM, walking outside felt very shady. If that noise or atmosphere bothers you, I'd choose somewhere else. For a four-star stay at this price, I think there are better options.

Vasvi at reception took good care of us. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. It was decent and just right for our stay. Parking was available, and it was easy to get to the market and Gurudwara.
