FabHotel JS Regency

The room smelled strange the whole time and was super unhygienic. The staff were too lazy to clean the washroom, and I literally had to beg. They were the worst, making stupid faces whenever I asked for basic things. Towels, soap, the TV remote and AC remote only came after several calls. The AC kept stopping and wouldn't work properly. Worst experience!!

The staff were good, but the room had a long list of problems. It was small and unhygienic, and we paid 1500 rupees for one day. The AC only partly worked, charging slots were damaged and unusable, and the lock didn't work with our keys, so we had to call someone to unlock it. The TV had an exposed wire with no plug. There was no water or towel, soap or handwash. We ordered tea, which came in broken cups and a jug that wasn't clean.

The room smelled awful, and the shower and toilet flush weren't working. Don't consider this hotel.

We'd travelled all night and were exhausted, so we weren't up for an argument when they came to ask us to move to a smaller room. We'd paid and settled in, but they said they could now get a better price for the big room. The auto driver took us there, and we felt we'd been ripped off on the price. The receptionist works with auto drivers on commission, and the place is very far from Golden temple.
