The rooms are roomy and look fine, but the hotel is overrated. The intercom doesn't work, Wi-Fi is weak, and there was no hot water for bathing. The bedspread and pillows weren't clean.

The power was out for more than two hours, and there was no backup. Neither the AC nor the heater worked. One of the worst hotels I've ever seen.

The location makes it easy to get anywhere, and the staff were friendly. I arrived at 1 a.m. and the front desk helped me check in. They provide towels and a personal grooming kit, though the towels could be better. It's a budget place that works well if you're travelling for work and just need to freshen up before heading out.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are better places nearby for the same price, and management didn't seem to care even though guests were making the same complaints. The room had no upkeep, and the TV and telephone didn't work. The housekeeping was poor, and the bed and pillow covers were very dirty. During check-in, I saw them fail to change the bed linen while someone was changing. The room was full of 🪳, so they moved us, but the new room smelled bad from chemical spray. Thanks for your service.

Nice hotel in Salem, with good service, clean rooms, and friendly staff. It's also close to the NH.
