Hotel 42 by OYO Rooms

I had a good stay and would gladly stay again. The room was neat and clean, and the service was excellent, with very polite staff. I highly recommend the hotel, though I hope two things improve next time. The WiFi kept dropping out, and the food was very costly. I didn't eat at the hotel because I had dinner outside with my team, but I saw the menu card and think they need to work on the prices. Overall, I'd rate it four out of five.

We stayed for one night and complained to reception several times, but never got hot water. The hotel needs a renovation and must review its service. Things seemed to be falling apart, from the AC to the tap, and the cupboard doors were broken. The staff were helpful, though.

Amit sir was especially sweet and cooperative, and the other staff were helpful and well-mannered too. The rooms were maintained so well. The staff made our trip delightful, and we're very happy with the hotel. Thank you for the amazing service.

After booking two rooms through goibibo, the hotel refused to check us in because the goibibo rate was low and asked for an extra 1000 per room. It seems every customer faces this issue and gets charged extra. The management is in very poor condition and doesn't care about customer service. If they won't honor the rates they publish on sites, why partner with online booking sites at all? The staff and management were rude. The whole experience was zero, though there's no option to give a hotel zero stars. Not recommended to anyone.
