I had a horrible stay at Hotel Arora Inn. The toilet flush had so little force that I had to pour water into the toilet myself, and the taps dripped. The light switch also cuts off mobile charging when you turn the light off, so you have to leave it on. The herbal bathing soap they provided was like a hard stone and wouldn't foam. They got food orders wrong too. I ordered yellow dal tadka and got dal makhni, which they wouldn't replace. Butter roti came without butter. Rooms given to people arriving at night aren't cleaned because housekeeping only comes in the morning, and even then guests weren't given a bottle of water. If you booked through OYO, don't give them your phone at checkout. They said they needed to check the app for pending dues, but actually they submit ratings or feedback themselves, sometimes 3 or 4 stars. OYO, please look into this. Don't waste your money here, you'd be better off staying on the Golden Temple floor. Don't be fooled by the polite way of speaking of SARDARJI and the lady at reception.
