The banquet hall and arrangements for our ring ceremony were good, and the staff were polite and supportive. But we noticed lipstick marks on some tea cups. It looked like tea was served in cups that hadn't been washed properly. We told the staff right away, though we don't know if anything was done afterward. Apart from that hygiene issue, the rest of the experience was good. The hotel should pay closer attention to these small details. Thanks.

The blankets were dirty, and the bathroom was missing basic things like soap and dental kits. The receptionist was unprofessional. A disappointing experience.

I felt cheated by both Make My Trip and the hotel. The room cost 3300, which was far too high, and the property had almost no facilities. Make my trip's website description was wrong: there was no restaurant or room service, and the staff didn't know about my booking or breakfast. There seemed to be only one person working there, handling reception, bags and everything else. Very poor management. Make my trip needs to check the listed facilities.
