I regretted booking here. The room was dirty, with broken furniture, taps and tiles in the washroom, and unhygienic, broken cups and utensils for tea, coffee and water. The TV and AC didn’t work, and there was no room telephone. HK Continental can’t provide basic amenities, yet offers these as deluxe rooms. Management hasn’t acted even after replying to earlier reviews. I’ll take this to the CONSUMER FORUM legally with all the proof. Not worth a single star.

Mr. K P Singh and his staff were prompt and helpful, and their empathetic service made the stay comfortable for me, my family and our toddler. The rooms were neat and clean, with plenty of space for the family. The staff’s good behaviour made for a lovely stay. Thanks a lot for the delightful experience. Regards: Sdt

The breakfast was good, and the hotel is quite close to the Temple. But the rooms and washrooms weren’t good. The floor was covered in dirt and oil, like it hadn’t been wiped in many days.

The manager took care to arrange dishes the way we wanted, and I especially appreciated that. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The accommodation was okay, but some things need attention: the ceiling fans’ speed, proper AC function, and hot water in some rooms. If those are sorted out, this would be a great hotel to stay in.
