The chilly night was much easier with extra blankets and warm water. The staff took good care of us, and the owner, Mr. Padda, made sure our needs were met. I’d love to stay again on my next visit. Kudos 👏 💐

The hotel was very dirty, and the pillows and bedsheets were dirty too. The person at reception was unbelievable and wouldn’t give me a bill, even though we’d discussed it at booking.

The food was good, and the other support staff were good too, but I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for a family. The receptionist was arrogant and impolite, with what I’d call an unnecessary Raheesi attitude. Despite that, there were no credit or debit card machines, and UPI was on an alternate number. There was no professional reception staff. They charged the food bill once at the restaurant and again on checkout. There was no geyser or hot water. The shower tap was broken, and the main tap barely dripped, so filling a bucket took 5-10 minutes. I had to ask for a dirty sheet and blanket to be changed, then discovered the AC wasn’t working. Moving to another room and getting settled took over an hour of waiting in the heat. At checkout, when I asked for a bill, he said, “Hum koi bill nhi dete.” They still take the money in advance. This was already my second visit, and it will be my last. My future repeat work visits could have earned him lakhs, but he’s already too Rahees and arrogant for that money.

The receptionist was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and the room helper was asleep in the room. The bed sheet and cushion were dirty, and there was no heater or hot water for a shower. They don’t have a hot water system, but everyone there gave a different explanation. The sink was leaking too. I wouldn’t stay here as a couple or with family.
