The room was spacious and comfortable, and I paid around ₹2000 including GST, which felt like a good rate for Amritsar. The location and price worked well for me, and my stay was okay overall. The hotel could use renovation, particularly in the washrooms. My tap didn't work properly, the fittings were old, and the rooms looked outdated and needed better upkeep.

Mr. Naseeb bhagat and Mr. Suresh at reception were polite, supportive, and very helpful. I give the hospitality 5/5. The washroom was clean and hygienic while I was there, though its size may matter differently to different people. The hotel was neat and clean overall.

The banquet hall at hotel Raj continental was dirty and very unhygienic, including the tables and cloth covers. There was no management, and we had a very bad experience. I would never recommend it.
