Being just a walk from Shri Darbar Sahib, the hotel sits in a busy area with shops around. As three women, we felt incredibly comfortable, and it really did feel like home away from home. The staff were wonderful, especially the lady at reception and the gentleman with the lovely smile who made sure we had a warm cup of tea before leaving. He told us so much about the rituals at the Darbar that we could picture them easily. I didn't want to leave. Obeisance to Waheguru.

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. Service was very poor, the bedsheet was dirty, and the AC didn't work. The food was neither good nor hygienic. The building structure wasn't good, and the entrance gate faces northwest when it should face west. There was no ventilation, the water quality was poor with no drinkable water, and the room wasn't cleaned well. The room was also too small for what was needed.

Good overall, and vehicles can reach the hotel. It's very close to Golden Temple.

The pillows were yellow and stained, the sheets were torn, and the tables were dusty. There was no cleaning at all, completely unhygienic. Don't stay here, avoid it at all costs!

I came with my family for a three-night stay, but the experience was so bad that we left the hotel. The room was dusty with ants, the washrooms were dirty, and one tap kept running. The AC didn't work either. Worst of all, they told us the elevator wasn't working, but they had switched it off. Totally unrecommended, a very bad experience. 🚫❌👎🏻
