Breakfast was brought to the room and was good. We knew the rooms would be small, but they weren't as new or clean as the photos suggested. The bedsheet was dirty; they changed it when we asked, though the pillow covers still looked unclean and weren't changed. The hotel is down a narrow lane, so parking is difficult if you arrive by car.

We booked through oyo for ₹800, but the owner or manager wouldn't honor that price and wanted ₹1000 instead. We ended up paying ₹1000. The service was terrible after that too. Even after asking three or four times, we got no towels, soap, or handwash, and the room phone didn't work. Very cheap behavior. Don't go here.

The room was filthy, with dirty linen, hair, and dust everywhere. The toilet flush was broken and the AC didn't work, among other problems. Staff refused to move us to another room, and they wore no uniform, just dirty clothes and slippers. We booked based on the reviews, but I think they may be paid because nothing matched what they said. Customer service was awful and the rooms even worse. Don't book here.

It was only an okay visit. There was no parking, the TV didn't work, hot water wasn't available, and the bedsheets weren't clean enough. We'd been told all of those things would be available and working.

They gave us the room before cleaning or checking it. The washroom was unclean, nobody had swept or dusted, and the bedsheet was torn. Reception only took action after we reported it. That's the reality here. With conditions like these, what can you trust?
