Ratan, the manager, Laxmikant ji, and the rest of the staff made sure we were comfortable and that everything felt easy. The villa works really well for groups, especially with kids, and it had all the amenities we needed. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Gautam and his helper Lakshmikant cooked delicious meals for us every day, and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. Prakash and the manager also put in every effort to make our time pleasant. We had a wonderful, relaxed stay and would recommend this place to anyone coming to Goa.

I'd rate the property a strong 4.5. The staff were friendly and the place was clean, and we still enjoyed the pool. It could use a better clean, though, as there was far too much chlorine. The pool table also needs some maintenance, and its cue wasn't in good shape.

Chef Mr. Uttam jena cooked delicious food and made us feel at home. The place was clean, hygienic, and felt very safe. Manager Ratan and his team, Prakash and Laksmi kant from housekeeping, were all good, and security guards suprajit and moon were very helpful.

The pool was a highlight during our family reunion of 14, and we spent lots of time there. It is shared with another villa, though, and one weekend a rowdy group of bachelors were loud and left broken bottles by the pool. The property was well maintained and the staff phenomenal. Prakash and Laximikant stayed on top of everything, and Chef Gautam was the cherry on top, with magic in his hands. We had a great time and highly recommend the place for family gatherings.
