We were left scrambling for somewhere to stay at midnight and had to pay triple at another hotel. I'd booked this place for my family, with check-in between 9 pm and midnight, and arrived at 11:30 pm on 28th Aug. The hotel manager said there was no room and denied the booking. We asked many times, but they did nothing. I don't know why OYO lets this hotel use its booking platform. They treat customers like they don't matter, and seem willing to do anything for extra money. This hotel is a fraud. Oyo should remove it from the app and take strong action.

We paid 3358 r.s for 2 rooms, but there weren't even basic necessities. The rooms are tiny, and you can hear people in the next room, so there's no private space. It felt like a paid punishment. The photos make the place look good, but they're fake.

Close to the golden temple, this posh, good-looking hotel is available at a reasonable price. The staff and owner are good, and clean rooms with all amenities are available.

The sheets were very dirty, and the A.C. wasn't working properly. Water kept leaking from it. The facilities were very poor, the staff spoke in a very messy way, and they used abusive language toward customers.

It's a small property, but it's well managed, with neat, clean rooms and the golden temple within walking distance. The property manager and staff were cooperative and behaved well. I'd recommend staying there.
