The Reach hotel and its apartments were a relaxing, comfortable place to stay, and the location made it easy to get around. My brother and I had a great stay. Our apartment was clean, and the front desk kept in touch well. The staff there were helpful and arranged autos for getting around the city. I recommend it.

The rooms were a real highlight, very comfortable and a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. Everything was clean and well maintained, and you can tell they put thought into guests having a good stay. The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. A fantastic spot for a pleasant stay.

I had a good family stay. The room and toilet were neat and clean, and there’s a bakery, a small tea shop, and cafeterias nearby. The QR code for room service didn’t work, so it’s better to let reception know. I recommend it personally!

The counter staff gave us a warm welcome, and the washroom was impeccably clean. I stayed with my family for two days; the room was satisfactory and felt safe for families. It was a pleasant visit, and I’d consider coming back.

The room and bathroom were especially good, both spacious and impeccably clean. Staff were welcoming and very professional, and check-in went smoothly with no hassle. Thanks for the great hospitality 🥰. This will be my first choice next time I visit Ernakulam.
