Punjab Hotel By OYO Rooms

There was no food available in the restaurant. If you order, they buy it from the market and sell it to you at a high price. Online payments aren’t accepted, parking isn’t proper, and the management and service are terrible. The area has mosquitoes, the rooms are dirty and unhygienic, and the bedsheets were dirty too. The sheets had blood and the smell of sperm. The window curtains weren’t proper, and the AC sometimes didn’t work. I felt couples got a bit low priority here. This isn’t good for families.

The hotel is tucked well inside, in a strange and unpleasant location. I’d paid online, but reception refused to let me check in and insisted on cash. OYO should remove this hotel, along with others that behave the same way. It was a completely bad experience.

I can’t speak to the facilities because the hotel wouldn’t accept my OYO booking. The locality is very bad, with lots of trucks around in a truck market and nothing nearby. Avoid it if you can.

The room was good quality and fit my budget.
