What upset me most was the lack of follow-through. We were told the bathroom would be cleaned after we returned, then told it was too late to do anything. If staff had said housekeeping wouldn't be available later, we could have insisted it be cleaned before we left. The bathroom was dirty when we were shown the room before booking. While paying, we told the receptionist and asked for it to be cleaned. He said housekeeping would handle it and suggested we go sightseeing. We had asked for the cleaning to happen before we left, but staff put it off until later, when we would be back. He said his shift was ending and promised to pass the request to the next receptionist. Parking was another problem when we returned. No one was at reception for about 10-15 minutes, even though we called out several times. A staff member eventually came, but he was on a personal call, offered little help, then sent us to a parking spot some distance away. Back in our room, I called reception twice about the bathroom, with no answer. When someone finally picked up, they said it was too late to clean it. The staff member was on another call while speaking with me. My husband went down and was told the same thing. At full room rates, a hotel should provide basic cleanliness, responsive reception, and clear communication among staff. This stay fell well short.

The food at Quality inn Hotal was super tasty, and the service was so good. They took care of all our needs, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both great. Thanks to everyone who made the journey memorable, especially Anju and Chetan for looking after us.

Anju, Chetan, and Shubam at the restaurant were especially supportive and well mannered. The food was fresh, tasty, and came on time. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. A very pleasant stay and great hospitality.

Taranveer made the stay especially memorable. His warm manner, quick service, and attention to our requests stood out, and he handled everything with a smile. I want to thank him for the care he showed. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job. Check-in was smooth, and the team welcomed us warmly and professionally from the moment we arrived. Quality Inn Elite, Amritsar was a convenient base for exploring Amritsar, and the hospitality throughout was excellent. I highly recommend it.

There were small flies throughout the room, and it felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. The AC wasn't cooling, and the room key didn't work properly. Staff were polite and tried to help, but couldn't sort things out at the last minute. Guests in the other rooms seemed to have similar problems. The Google reviews are misleading, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
