Randhawa International

The hotel was quiet at night, so sleeping was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good too. Pankaj Sharma, the manager, was kind and very helpful, and the staff did what they could to make us comfortable. Thank you, Pankaj. I recommend this place.

The stay itself was good, and the hotel is in a beautiful location with big rooms that have sofas and other things. Still, the staff didn't seem very professional, and there are infrastructure problems. Moisture has made nearly all the walls puff up, and that isn't something that can be fixed. Maybe that's why the hotel ranks so low on most booking sites.

Free WiFi worked perfectly, which is especially useful if you're here on business. The sheets were neat, the toilets were clean, and the warm service made for a comfortable stay.

The place looks like a four-star hotel from the outside, but the rooms are falling apart. My room was dirty, and there were cockroaches in the furniture. The toilet flush was broken, and the taps and shower couldn't be used. I had to complain repeatedly before anyone arranged hot water.
