There were clearly empty tables, but we were still turned away with the explanation that a “table for two was not available.” They didn't try to seat us or explain properly. It felt unwelcoming and unnecessary when the restaurant wasn't full. Good customer service should look for a solution instead of turning people away without a reason. Not the hospitality I expected.

The complimentary airport drop was a welcome convenience, and the food quality was commendable. I stayed at Hotel Vishal International during a recent business visit to Jamnagar, and found the property well maintained, hygienic, and calm, a comfortable place to unwind after a long workday. The staff were professional and courteous throughout, making things smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended.

The music and lighting were good, and we enjoyed the overall vibe at our party here. The place looks modern and is nice, though the party area isn't very large. It works best for medium sized groups, around 70-100 people.

The food was the highlight of our dinner at Vishal International and Atithi Restaurant. The Biryani was fragrant and carefully layered, with separate, well-cooked basmati grains and balanced spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. The meat or vegetables were tender and blended into the rice, with cooling raita and spicy gravy on the side. For Punjabi dishes, the Paneer Butter Masala had fresh paneer in creamy, subtly spiced gravy, and the Dal Makhani was slow cooked, creamy, smoky, and buttery. We enjoyed them with hot, flaky Lachha Parathas and soft Garlic Naan. The crisp onion salad and tangy lemon were a nice addition. Service was attentive without hovering, and our server knew the menu. The welcoming atmosphere and hospitality made for a lovely meal. We left full and keen to return. Great for a special occasion or a casual dinner, and a must visit for anyone who appreciates Indian cuisine.
