We were staying with a five-month-old baby and a seven-year-old, but the service was extremely poor. Our towels and bedsheets were wet, and even after we complained, nobody helped. They also wouldn’t give us an extra blanket, which caused the children a lot of trouble. Breakfast was included, yet we were told we could only eat what they chose, with no choice even though the menu listed items. I booked a Deluxe Room through MMT but was given a very small room and asked to pay more for a bigger one. We then took an Executive Room, where the heater and other facilities were supposed to be included. When we asked for a heater, they demanded extra payment; after we insisted, they said they didn’t have one at all. This hotel was a terrible experience and not suitable for families. It should be blacklisted.

We booked under a clearly stated refundable policy, and I tried to cancel within the allowed period. They refused to issue the refund. Staff gave me assurances that it would be processed, but nothing has been resolved. This has left me with a very poor impression of the hotel and feels like a clear case of fraud. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking.

The staff were cooperative and enjoyable people, and the hotel was very clean. Room service was always on time, with the boys ready to help. Do visit if you come to Amritsar.
