I booked Diana Heights through Agoda and honestly, after staying at many five star hotels, this didn't even feel close to a three star. The room wasn't finished being cleaned, and although check-in was 2:00 pm, it still wasn't ready at 3:00 pm. I'd asked in the booking instructions for a honeymoon room setup for couples, but was told that would cost extra. The swimming pool was dirty when I went downstairs. Staff came to clean it later, by which time it started raining. Breakfast had very few choices: idli, upma, dosa, omelet, and aloo parata. Airport pickup also costs extra when you book through a third party app. The cafe and gym were empty and dusty, like an old abandoned building. The bar smelled of smoke and had no people in it. The room TV only had Malayalam channels and wasn't an Android TV. Being near an airport, you'd expect guests who don't speak the local language, so it would be nice if the TV were upgraded. Even three star hotels nowadays have Android TVs and good facilities. Maybe this place was five star ten years ago, but it doesn't feel like one now.

The rooms are good for the price, and the location is prime. Breakfast was very good, and the tea I ordered was perfect, but service was hit or miss. When I asked for more water, I was told only paid bottles were available at Rs 50 each. The main problem was the bathroom, where only hot water came out. I reported it, but they couldn't fix it within an hour. We had to check out, so in the scorching April heat I ended up bathing with very hot water. Nobody gave us an update on the issue.

The front office staff at Diana Heights Hotel are polite, welcoming, and generally cooperative. They communicate respectfully and try to help with check-in, questions, and basic needs, which makes arrival more comfortable. They keep things professional and make a clear effort to handle concerns, though response times could be better during busy periods.

Jithin made my trip a lot more comfortable and stress-free. He was always on time, polite, and easy to talk to, and his driving felt smooth and safe throughout the journey. He also shared useful information about the places we visited and suggested some nice spots. I appreciated how friendly he was and how professionally he took care of everything. I'd definitely recommend Jithin to anyone visiting. Muchas gracias for making the trip so memorable!

I'd happily book again. We had a wonderful stay at Diana Heights, with a clean, spacious, quiet room. During the rush, they handled our table calmly and efficiently, and everyone was still smiling. The manager and servers both checked in once to see if we were happy.
