The owner and his family live in the building next door, which gives the place a homely feel and can be reassuring if you're traveling alone or visiting for the first time. He was humble, professional, and helpful, drawing on years of work abroad at MNCs. I stayed with a friend for four days. The guest house was well kept and affordable, with plenty of good food options nearby and Anjuna Beach about 2.5 km away.
The garden is green and well cared for, so it feels private and relaxing even though the location is central, with shops and restaurants close by. Our double room was clean and comfortable, and the owners were really kind and helpful. We had a perfect stay and would absolutely recommend it. :)
I was so glad I chose this place for my first trip to India. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the owner was attentive and genuinely kind. I left with nothing but good memories and felt right at home.

The property is quiet and close to nature. I was traveling with two families and children, and we arrived earlier than planned without a room sorted out. The owner welcomed us wholeheartedly and arranged a place for us to stay and freshen up.
