The room was tiny, with no ventilation and a small washroom, even though we had booked for three people. We asked the help desk about it, but it wasn't worth the price. You can get a better room for less elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
They confirmed discounted room rates, then charged me the full amount after I'd paid an advance. The attendant, support staff, and even the owner were rude and disrespectful, and the owner couldn't handle the situation. I've never had this kind of experience before. I'd recommend avoiding this hotel.
The rooms were very good, and the staff were all good too. Such pleasant behaviour and a homely atmosphere. I was very happy staying here. Awesome, fantastic overall.
The staff were really nice and friendly. One thing I liked was that they knew Bengali and Hindi 👍😄. I had a really nice experience.
The location is decent, the food is fine, and the staff behaviour and service are good. Still, there was a smell in both the washrooms and living room, and small cockroaches kept roaming around the room. Apart from that, everything seemed fine.
