The gorbandh palace

The last time I ordered, a paneer portion was missing. Staff referred it to the manager, who promised to call back but never did. I used to order regularly, but stopped after metal from a skewer melted into the paneer. I reported that at the time and got only a refund. After trying again about 11 months later, things seemed worse. The paneer dish had an unpleasant, overpowering flavor, the sabji was too oily, the Manchurian was hard and chewy, and the papad had raw spots. Portions have shrunk as prices went up. Dal and rice were okay, but quality, consistency, and service have dropped a lot. I can't rely on this place anymore.

My company guests, including female employees, stayed there, and I found it very unsafe. There was also a very bad stink. When we complained, the hotel denied the smell, so we stayed and showed them reviews from other people saying it stinks. They still did nothing. I believe there is a lot of illegal activity there, and recommend that local police keep an eye on it. One of the worst hotels in Ankleshwar. Don't go.

The location is good, but the rooms stank and the AC wasn't working properly. They took my clothes for laundry without telling me, and breakfast was never available on time.
