Om Kairos

The attached restaurant had really good food and a great atmosphere at dinner, though the included breakfast was disappointing, just one slice of bread and an omelet. The room was good and the staff were nice. The pool filter wasn't working, so the water was dirty, and I would have loved a swim in the scorching heat. It's a good hotel with reasonable prices, and the property is nice overall.

The staff were courteous, the food was great, and parking is available, though there's room for only 2-3 cars. There's a pool, snooker, and an open-air place to relax. Rooms are small but clean, with Wi-Fi and room service, plus a cupboard with two lockable drawers. The bathroom had running hot water the whole time. A good place to stay in Arambol.

We paid 1500/- for three people, so it was definitely worth it. The room was spacious, had a kitchen, a great washroom, and sofas and chairs for 7-8 people. Breakfast was free, and the place is 1.5 km from Arambol beach, with good connections to morjim and ashwem beach. The room service could be better, though. I had to remind them several times to clean, change the sheets, and bring towels.

For the room price, this place is a gem. The rooms were super clean, the washroom hygienic, and there was a TV with all channels, AC, decent Wi-Fi, and tasty breakfast. About as good as a budget OYO gets.
