Breakfast was good, though there were only a few options each day. We stayed at Kays river view resort for two nights. The hotel was okay, but we found lots of cockroaches in the room. It's not within walking distance of the beach, and there's no lift. As two girls, we felt concerned about our safety a couple of times while walking along the roads.

Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Harish deserves special thanks. He was very supportive, kind, and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We had a really great stay with excellent service and tasty food. Highly recommend, and many thanks again to Harish!

The bedsheets weren't clean, and the room and bathroom both looked dirty, as if they hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guests. The bathroom smelled, and the toilet seats didn't look like they'd been cleaned in a while.

The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our four-day stay. They sorted rental bikes for us, and when we had to rush for our train, they arranged a cab at the last minute. That really saved us. Kay’s Riverview Resort is in a prime spot, close to everything but peaceful by the riverside. It has all the amenities you could ask for, and cleanliness is top-notch. We had an amazing stay in Goa and would definitely recommend it.
