Perfectstayz Premium Goa Continental

From check-in through check-out, the staff were warm and quick to help, and I felt genuinely welcome. The rooms and shared areas stayed fresh, clean, and well looked after during my visit. It was an easy, pleasant stay, and I’d recommend Perfect Stayz Continental in Goa to anyone wanting a clean, well-managed place.

Breakfast had a great spread and plenty of choices, and the food court offered lots of tasty options. Mr. Dipak Chetry managed and served there with real care. The view from my large, well-kept room was stunning, and the room had plenty of amenities. The room and washroom were spotless too. Mr. Ankur Yadav and Mr. Anil Dhami handled the stay professionally and paid close attention to details. The rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. With the clean rooms, thoughtful amenities, and friendly care, I’d recommend this hotel for families, including those with babies. It was a comfortable, worry-free visit, and I’d be happy to return and recommend it.

The room was in awful shape, with torn curtains, damaged window frames, rusty bathroom fixtures, broken fittings, dirty corners, stained floors, and open switchboard areas that looked unsafe. The washroom was particularly shocking, old, dirty, and neglected, with even basic cleanliness missing. The room felt poorly managed and like it hadn’t been maintained for a long time. The online pictures on Goibibo and other platforms look premium and well kept, but they’re completely misleading and nothing like the actual property. This was one of my worst hotel stays in Goa. The place needs renovation and honest photos online, and Goibibo and other platforms are misleading. Please don’t trust the pictures blindly. If you’re still considering booking, inspect the room in person before paying, or you may regret it. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone visiting Baga Beach.

We paid over 5k a day, and the pool was closed for nearly three days. It didn’t feel worth the money, and the hotel really needs to improve its service. We’d requested an upper-floor room with a king-size bed because our baby needed more space, but first got a ground-floor room, then were moved to the third floor, then back to ground level, room no 4. The rooms were dirty, there was no dental or shaving kit, and no hair dryer in the bathroom, even though it was listed among the services. The fan didn’t work and its regulator was broken. In room no 4, the toilet flush didn’t work, so we used a bucket. The fridge was there only to fill an empty space and couldn’t be used. There were no napkins or hygiene kit. We had to call for every little thing, including a doormat, napkin, and dental kit. It was a really bad experience for us.
