We got there in Goa around 12 pm on the day we arrived and looked at the rooms. There were three rooms and one private pool. The first room was so tiny it only fit a 5-5 bed, and its AC wasn't working, so they arranged another room in the same resort. The new bedsheet had men's hair on it. We called them, and they changed it, but the replacement sheet had the same problem, so they changed it again. In that second room, there was a mushroom just below the AC, and the bead that crossed the bed fell down. The sofas had stains, maybe alcohol or something. The hotel is very old, nowhere near a 3 star, more like a -1 star hotel. They claimed there was a beautiful view of baga beach, but we couldn't see anything. We had to climb about 120 stairs to reach the room. We ordered food from the hotel one day. Four of us ate it, but another lady found fungus over a large area. Fortunately, we didn't get food poisoning. The worst part was the hotel staff. Please don't choose it just because of the Google images, that was my mistake. Please take another good resort 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel is closed. It seems new management has taken it over, and I hope the service improves.

The property isn't maintained very well, though they seem to be trying. Don't rely on the Google Maps images. There is no lift, so you have to use the stairs, including when going down to collect Zomato orders. You'll need good strength for that. Our room had no fan, and the AC wasn't working properly.

The room was filthy when we arrived, with dusty surfaces, dirty sheets and a bathroom that looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. We had booked expecting a clean, comfortable stay, but got the opposite. The manager was rude and dismissive when we raised it, refused to move us or offer compensation, then tried to charge extra for upgrades we hadn't requested. It felt like they were trying to get more money from us without providing proper service. I wish I could give zero stars. This place felt like a complete scam. Stay away if you care about your money and health.
