The room phone didn’t work, the food was poor and expensive, and they insisted we leave by 11 AM even though checkout was at noon. When I pointed that out, they were rude. The main problem started with our trip to Auli: I’d brought a taxi I had already booked, but the owner said it couldn’t make the trip because it was 4*2 and offered to arrange a 4*4 for a large extra charge. The car that took us the next day was also 4*2. When I complained, he spoke rudely. I’d paid to keep my own taxi each day, and that cost went to waste because I trusted the owner’s advice. I had a very bad experience and felt the hotel was taking advantage of its customers. Be careful about relying on their advice.

The rooms were a little small, but manageable, and we had a comfortable stay at Hotel Mount View Annexy. The staff were polite, kind, and supportive, and they were flexible about our timing requests, which we appreciated. The food was good quality and well maintained. We had a good experience overall.

We could see the Himalayas from our balcony, and the hotel management and service were great. Omprakash sir was especially helpful. The whole team treated our group really well. It was a lovely experience, thanks to everyone who provided the service.

The balcony view was the one good thing. The room is small, the toilet smells all the time, the door doesn’t work, and the bedsheet is dirty.

Everything is close by since the property is right in the marketplace, so getting around is easy. We had a nice stay, and the food was good.
