I hope the owner sees this and gets in touch, because I want to explain the situation in more detail. We were charged 3500 for a room, but the service didn't feel worth even 1000. The room wasn't cleaned daily, and we had to fight just to get it cleaned. There was no service provided at all. Please change the manager as soon as possible, he doesn't know how to speak to guests.

The location is excellent, near the Auli chair car, and the snow-covered mountain view is great. The staff are good, and the in-house kitchen will prepare whatever you want to eat. A great place to stay.

For a budget stay, you get a great view here. The staff are cooperative, and both the food's taste and quality are the best. This homestay doesn't feel like a homestay at all. MUST VIST!

The view from the room is awesome, and the rooms were clean with good service. Had a great experience staying at pine palace. Highly recommend 👍👍
