No water was supplied to the room, and there weren't any water bottles there either. The reception staff were very arrogant, and the service was very bad.

They took payment before arrival, after telling me hot water would be available in the morning. When morning came, they refused to turn on the heater for a single room. The service feels bogus, and I found the hotel people fraudulent. I wouldn't tell anyone to go there, even by mistake.
