The rooftop restaurant was a pleasure, especially thanks to Krishna, Lahu, and Shivraj. They had a great attitude and made sure each course came at a comfortable pace, giving us time between dishes. Their suggestions about portions and how many dishes to order were very good. I'd recommend coming for both the food and the service. It was a shame the hotel's policy wouldn't let us leave them a generous, well-deserved tip.

Housekeeping kept my room spotless and organized, with a freshen-up every day. Their attention to detail really added to my comfort, and thanks to archana and the housekeeping staff for the service. The reception team were warm, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They made check-in smooth and were always ready to help with a smile. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality were better than I expected. I had a wonderful stay, would happily give it 5 stars, and would recommend the hotel for a pleasant, hassle-free visit. I hope to come back!

We spent 2 nights and 3 days at Enrise while visiting Ajanta and Ellora. The location was inconvenient if you want to walk to other restaurants or shops; you'll need a cab or your own vehicle to go elsewhere. The staff were excellent and kept checking whether we needed anything, then supplied what we asked for, including unlimited mineral water. Aarti and Pavan were great in housekeeping, as were Gopal and Hrishikesh at the restaurant. The rooms were clean and well furnished, though the bathroom was a bit small. The restaurant has a distinctive no-tipping policy: guests can optionally put money in a dropbox for an orphanage instead.

Duty Manager Abhishek made a real difference during our stay. He was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to handle our requests quickly and make sure we were comfortable. Enrise by Sayaji was calm and welcoming, with clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms. For a 3-star hotel, the experience was excellent and good value for money. I had a very pleasant stay, would recommend it, and would be happy to return.
