OYO 15016 Hotel City Plaza

We were kept waiting for more than two hours. I was with a group of women who'd come to attend a meeting, and the poor service kept us waiting the whole time. The people at the front desk didn't know English or Kanada, so it was very difficult to explain what was going on. I don't know why customers should have to take responsibility if OYO hasn't paid the hotel. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a room near madiwala avoid booking here.

The staff are the one good thing about this hotel, but the service is lacking. Even to get water, you have to ask them. The room was tiny, and the washroom was smaller still. There was no view from the window, just a wall when you opened it.

For 989 a night for three adults, you can't expect much, and it's decent value for the money. The rooms are small, though, and I wasn't sure about the bedsheet cleanliness. The bathroom was clean, hot water was available right away, and the staff were cooperative.

Don't waste your money here. We paid 2500 for 2D, but they claimed we'd only paid for 1D. We came by mistake without reading the reviews, and it was the worst experience we'd had. This hotel is cheating people and is a fraud. Please go somewhere else instead. Fraud, fraud, fraud.
