Treebo Admiral Suites New Usmanpura

We couldn't sleep because mosquitoes or bedbugs bit us all night. The hygiene was extremely poor, and room service was pathetic and unresponsive. We booked two nights at Townhouse Kranti Square, Aurangabad, but left after one because we couldn't put up with it. Our Deluxe AC room, booked through Booking.com for around ₹3,000 per night, didn't feel worth even ₹1,000. The AC was broken, the room was in terrible condition, and two small beds were squeezed into a corner room that felt like a cheap lodge. There was no proper water facility, no electric kettle, and no basic amenities. It's overpriced, poorly maintained, and misleading. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The property's prime location, with restaurants and shops nearby, and fairly spacious rooms were the few positives. The room and bathroom were untidy, with many visible cockroaches, and the cleanliness was very poor. There was no proper room service, and basic amenities promised in the OYO listing were missing. Despite our confirmed Booking.com reservation, the hotel first tried to turn us away, saying it was overbooked. Arriving tired and facing that was very stressful. There was no running hot water in the bathrooms, so we had to go between floors to collect water staff boiled in portable heaters and gave us in buckets. The washrooms didn't even have buckets by default. The condition was far below what the listing showed and what you'd expect from an OYO-branded property. These problems with hygiene, maintenance, and facilities outweighed the location and space. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid booking. In my opinion, the service, cleanliness, and maintenance issues mean it doesn't deserve even one full star.

Cockroaches were in the room, and the manager misled us through the night, telling us to adjust. We'd booked through OYO for 1-3 Jan. When my wife and I checked in on 1 jan, they demanded payment for both nights before letting us in, then put us in an uncleaned room and promised a clean one later. I returned @ 10 PM, but there was no alternate room. The bed and linens were dirty, there were no pillows, the tap was broken, and there was no flush water. No one was available to clean, there was no food, and nobody took accountability. We left the next morning, 2 Jan, at 9 AM. I spoke to 15+ OYO executives, but got no resolution or fair refund. Every time, they just explained “policy.” Just don't consider it.

The banquet hall was spacious and nicely arranged for our function, and the food and service were excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were supportive and polite. A wonderful stay overall. Highly recommended!
