Hotel Citizen Executive

We had a wonderful time at hotel citizen when we booked for our New Year party on 31st December 2017. It's well located, well maintained, and soundproofing keeps street noise to a minimum. The staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to make the stay comfortable. The rooftop restaurant is a lovely place to spend time, and its service was excellent. I'd recommend hotel citizen to anyone in Aurangabad.

I've been staying here for the last two months without any hassle. The rooms are clean and well equipped for a single guest, and both the service and ambience are quite good. The food is generous in both quality and quantity, more than enough for one person. Since it's in central Aurangabad, you can find whatever you need nearby. I prefer hotel citizens because their normal rate includes AC rooms and wonderful service.

At checkout, we'd forgotten our gold rings and silver rings in the room. The House Keeping Staff and hotel Staff let us know right away, and they were honest with our belongings. Mr. Alnoor Bhimani took care of our needs from check-in to checkout and provided very professional service. We booked an AC room with complete services for 3 days from 23 December 2017, at the cheapest price we could get in Aurangabad. I'm very glad we stayed here, and I'll book Hotel Citizen again whenever I come to Aurangabad. Highly recommend.

We booked a room on 17th August 2018 at a reasonable, good-value price. We checked in late and had to head out again, but they made breakfast for us in 10 minutes. It was really good, unlike what other hotels offer. We had trouble getting a cab because we were late, so the owner, Mr. Alnoor Bhimani, arranged one. The hotel is very near the airport, and we got there on time. I'm grateful to the Hotel citizen staff and owner for their kind service. My brother and I will come back.
