Hotel Dream Line Lodging & Boarding by OYO Rooms

The service was poor, and the hotel was very badly maintained.

I stayed May 1-2, 2019, and it was a terrible experience. The staff were rude, the rooms unclean, the AC ineffective, and the bathroom had a dirty flush and no mirror for shaving. In my room, the AC drainage pipe was covered with polythene, maybe to save electricity, which stopped the cooling. The same thing was true in the other two rooms we changed to in the middle of the night. They even refused to give us water, except Bisleri.

Don't trust the photos online, and avoid this place if you can. I booked through Oyo, but the room was dirty when I arrived, the walls were damp, and the bedsheet had stains and hairs. The service and reception person seemed unconcerned. It was 10 at night and I was there with my wife and child, but we still decided not to stay and booked another hotel instead.

I booked through Oyo, but they refused to let me check in because of it. There was some disagreement between Oyo and the hotel over an outstanding bill, and they tried to get that money from customers. The staff were cunning and rude. I arrived with my family at 10:30 at night, and when we refused to pay extra they angrily started throwing their keyboard and mouse. A very disappointing first experience with Oyo, and the worst.
