The staff behaved well, though there were only one or two on duty depending on the time. Our main issue was the rooms and facilities. The first room was dirty and had no water flowing from the wash basin tap, so we asked to move. They shifted us to a smaller room that was still not very tidy, though better than the first. Cockroaches were crawling around, the bathrooms weren’t very clean, and the ventilator glass was broken. The room had no AC remote, so reception controlled the AC through a mobile app. Once they set the temperature, we had to live with it. Paint was peeling or worn away in many common areas, most room lights didn’t work and left us in a poorly lit space, and we could hear sparking from the switch board. The complimentary items were limited to a small soap, a towel, and a half litre bottle of water. When we called reception while booking through MakeMyTrip, they said Deluxe rooms were large and Executive rooms small, so we booked Deluxe. At check-in, they told us the opposite and offered us a small room.
