The room was filthy, and there was nothing good about the stay. There was no water or service, and no hot water. Worms were crawling in the bathroom; moths filled the rooms. The cupboard was broken and rotten, the sheets had holes and footprints, there was spit everywhere, the AC was dusty, and the fan had turned grey with dirt. It felt like being kept prisoner. We arrived around 12:30 at night after our train from Mumbai to Aurangabad (Maharashtra) was late. We were four adults, including a 77-year-old, with three children aged 3, 6 and 10. We’d warned the hotel in advance that we would be late, but the owner was asleep on a sofa at reception and treated us like culprits for having booked a room. After a long discussion with OYO customer care, they finally gave us a room, but only after we’d waited at reception for over an hour. I hadn’t found time to write to the higher authorities until Google prompted me for a review. I’ll take time to write to the hotel and the consumer forum about this service. I’m waiting for the right time.

The rooms are spacious, and the stay was good. The interior is a bit retro, but that was fine. I checked in late, and Mr.Akash Hiwale and Atish Hiwale went out of their way to arrange dinner for me. I ordered Palak Paneer, and it was awesome. Thanks for the great service, thumbs up!

We were very unhappy with our two-night stay. The rooms, passage and bathroom were filthy. We booked a family suite but got a basic room with no ceiling fan and a faulty AC. At midnight, the manager called and asked us to move our car in the small, inconvenient parking area so another guest could park in the same space.

The rooms are roomy enough to play golf, but they’re missing the basic things you need to live comfortably. There were no dustbins, the linens were dirty, and the old walls were peeling and smelled. Breakfast would leave you fasting for ages. The infrastructure feels medieval and facilities are bare minimum. It’s okay if you’re stuck in an emergency and need somewhere to survive.

The room was very dirty, and the washroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The flush didn’t work either. I paid for an AC room, but the AC was broken, and they ignored my complaint. At 1600 for one night, you can find better options. I wouldn’t recommend it.
