The property itself is good, but it’s poorly managed. The bathrooms are in very bad shape, with nowhere to put basic items like soap or shampoo. Breakfast wasn’t good either, even though there were three or four options. I’d never seen cut banana and apple served at breakfast before, and I didn’t care for it. The intercom wasn’t working. On the positive side, the hot water supply was good, and they sorted out the water stoppage issue quickly. There’s still room for improvement.

We really enjoyed our stay. The food was very tasty, and the room facilities were excellent. Service was excellent as well. Supervisor Snjay and the rest of the staff were very courteous.

The rooms were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. At the restaurant, Pintu Yadav and Pushpa were polite and helpful. Anoop Mishra at reception and Mr. Sanjay Acharya (Panditji) were also very helpful. Thanks, team Click Narayan.

The location is quite far from the main temple area, and the bathrooms had what looked like mold in the corners and weren’t properly cleaned. More seriously, six of us got food poisoning after dinner. Some were hit very badly and couldn’t sleep at all that night. We were extremely sick and tired for the journey, but checked out and traveled anyway because we couldn’t risk staying longer. I’d strongly recommend never staying here.
