The rats were the main problem. They ate the Ram Mandir Prasad we’d left on the bed, and their smell kept me from sleeping. The room itself was in good condition, and the location is wonderful: Saryu ghats are right opposite, Ram Mandir is 2 km away, and Ayodhya Railway Station(Dham) is 3 km away. The cost is cheap, and water and cold drinks are sold on the ground floor. The toilet flush was broken and the guiser wasn’t working, but staff came and fixed both. Jai Shree Ram.

The room was spacious, stylish, and immaculately clean, and I left feeling refreshed. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive from check-in onward, and they helped with requests and local recommendations. The concierge team also planned a few great excursions for me. From the hotel, I could walk to Saryu Ghat, Ram Janam Bhumi, Hanuman Garhi, Lata Chowk and local markets, with restaurants and ghats nearby. The views of Holy Saryu River added to the stay. For business or leisure, I found it a comfortable, luxurious, and convenient place, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayodhya. It exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return.

The room was missing basic supplies, so we had to ask the front desk for water bottles, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap. There was a persistent unpleasant smell when we entered, and the bedsheets didn’t seem to have been changed or cleaned properly. I was shocked to see mices in the room, and couldn’t feel comfortable or safe. The almirah door creaked, and the housekeeping quality control seemed very poor. This was a two-day stay in Room No. 102, and the hotel didn’t meet even basic cleanliness standards. I can’t recommend it and hope management addresses these issues. I also can’t understand the latest five-star ratings when they have no pictures or written review, only a rating.

The staff were the best part of my stay, friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the hotel.
